9 days until Halloween : Parasite (1982) After an atomic disaster, the world is destroyed and now ran by an organization called the Merchants, who exploits its citizens deeper into poverty. A scientist is ordered by the Merchants to make a parasite that kills its host, to infect its citizens. He escapes after making the parasite, in order to destroy it, with the help of Demi Moore (her 1st starring role). Cherie Currie from The Runaways stars as a hooligan.
