Dead and Gone was fire

  Spent the morning commute listening to the Dead and Gone CD, and now more Dead and Gone! If I remember it correctly, my first week after moving to Oakland in 1994, Shane took me in his beetle bug to see Zeni Geva in SF and then both went to apply for food stamps the day after.
