Amazing mail day! Pilipinas Hardcore 1 and 2 7"s, with 8 hardcore bands from the Philippines. Thank you and big ups to Rupert at @aklasanrecords for importing this. My buddy Noel from @mutilated_noise, put out a Veils record and been digging that for awhile, he also runs the best record store in Manila. In the mid-80s, in the Philippines, my group of friends had a brawl with Noel's school friends, that ended in stone throwing and destroying properties. My whole crew tried to escape by jumping on a jeepney, and the cops stopped it and made the driver take us to the police station. The only reason they let us go, is because my Mom was in a bowling team with the female police commissioner for years.
