#tbt Kearny high school w/ Ed and Daniel Hurn, 1988. Ed just moved to San Diego from Long Beach, he was into skate punk, guy in the middle is Dan, my BFF and he was a true deathrocker/darkie (the word goth didnt exist back then) We spent most 12th grade after-school hanging with this metal band called Blind Justice, going to the mall and movies. Our school didnt have boundaries, all the punk/darkie kids hanged out at Rose's Donut with the metal kids, and smoked cigarettes by Circle K. I was an OG Batman freek!!
