  Alfredo Alcala for Filipino-American History Month. Alfredo Alcala is an inker/penciller who worked for Warren Publishing and DC/Marvel Comics for their horror/fantasy line in the 70s/80s, he eventually moved to the superhero line, inking lots of Batman and illustrating the Planet of the Apes comic series. His comic book from the 60s, Voltar, predated Frazzetta's Conan. Alcala also drew the 1st He-Man mini comic books that came with the figures, that the cartoon was based on. Alcala inked lots of Jack Kirby pencil work including Kamandi series
