One of my favorite set list in the folder, Metal Church with their logo on the paper. Acquired from Kurdt Vanderhoof, from their show at Kingsland, co-headlining with Doro Peche from Warlock. Vanderhoof also started the punk band The Lewd in SF, he called himself Blobbo.
