Sunday afternoon with 415 Records from SF, created by Howie Klein in the 70s, named after the California Penal code which is Disturbing The Peace (its all over their records), as well as the SF phone area code. The label centered on punk/new wave bands from the Bay Area. Red Rockers' China, Wire Train's Chamber of Hellos and Romeo Void's Never Say Never were big hits in the Philippines, went beyond the new wave clubs. Howie Klein left 415 and became head of Reprise Records, and 415 faded away.
