1st PSA sticker slapper

  Found a whole bunch of the 1st ever sticker slappers I had, we would slap it around whenever we see a tied-up dog outside a store or anywhere, this was early 2000, maybe about 17 years ago in Williamsburg, BARC shelter would get calls and flyers of pets getting kidnapped, pets used for ransom and we would also get the dogs stolen to be used as bait for dogfighting in Brooklyn, mostly the police would bring it to us, not a lot of security cameras or people back then. So we made a campaign about it, to raise awareness not to leave your dog tied up.
